Lo dispuesto en la presente ley no afecta o incluye a aquellas cooperativas de empleados que quieran mantener su marco jurídico en el cooperativismo ni impide que nuevas se creen bajo la modalidad de cooperativa, siempre que cumplan los requisitos de ley y las normas especiales.
