No expedición de títulos. La autoridad judicial que hubiere impuesto sanción a una persona por los delitos de aprovechamiento ilícito y exploración o explotación ilícita de yacimientos mineros, comunicará la sentencia en firme a la autoridad minera nacional para los efectos del artículo siguiente.
