Se establece un arancel equivalente al cero por ciento (0%) a las importaciones de vehículos automotores realizadas por las empresas autorizadas por la autoridad administradora en el Régimen de Transformación y/o Ensamble o el Programa de Fomento para la Industria Automotriz (PROFIA), conforme a los requisitos, mecanismos y condiciones establecidas en este Decreto.
