Autorizase a las empresas obligadas al pago de la jubilación de que trata este Capítulo para que contraten el pago de las pensiones de jubilación con compañías aseguradoras de reconocida solvencia, establecidas en el país y aceptadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, pero la responsabilidad de esta obligación queda, en todo caso a cargo del respectivo {empleador}. CAPITULO III. AUXILIO POR ENFERMEDAD NO PROFESIONAL E INVALIDEZ.
