La Comisión de Personal del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores estará integrada por el Subsecretario de Asuntos Administrativos, quien la presidirá; por el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, por el Subsecretario de Asuntos Consulares y Migración, por el Jefe de Personal y por un representante de los funcionarios pertenecientes a la Carrera Administrativa. El Jefe de la División de Personal actuará como Secretario de la misma y redactará las actas correspondientes, las cuales tendrán carácter reservado.
