Las Ligas o Asociaciones que utilicen estaciones repetidoras sin la debida autorización de la Dirección de Telecomunicaciones y Servicios Postales del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, deberán pagar una multa equivalente hasta mil (1000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales y en caso de reincidencia, se cancelará el registro de dicha Liga o Asociación.

Parágrafo

Para trasladar una estación repetidora del sitio autorizado por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, deberá hacerse previo concepto favorable de la Dirección General de Telecomunicaciones y Servicios Postales.
