Artículo único. Concédese a la viuda i las dos hijas lejítimas del Sarjento-mayor Juan Brigard, una pensión vitalicia, sujeta sí derecho de acrecer, de veinte pesos mensuales a cada una, que les será pagada en los mismos términos que los sueldos o pensiones de los militares de la Independencia, i desde la sanción de la presente leí. Para que esto último tenga lugar, se abre por la suma necesaria un crédito adicional al Presupuesto de gastos del año en curso.
