Previo acuerdo con la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, los gastos que ocasionen todas y cada una de las disposiciones de la presente Ley, se cargarán a la "Cuenta Especial de Cambios" a que se refiere el ordinal 5º del artículo 2º de la Ley 167 de 1938 ; pero el valor de la plata metálica que sobre en las reacuñaciones de las monedas de plata de 0.900 de ley, se abonará a esta misma cuenta.
