Consiste en el depósito de dinero o la constitución de una póliza de garantía, en cuantía de uno (1) hasta mil (1.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, que se fijará de acuerdo a las condiciones económicas del sindicado y la gravedad de la conducta punible.
