De la vigencia de este Decreto. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y, modifica y adiciona los artículos 168, 169 y 170 del Decreto 1950 de 1973 y el Decreto 3692 de 1981.
