ARTICULO 11. De los estudios. Se entiende por estudios la serie de contenidos académicos, realizados en instituciones públicas o privadas debidamente reconocidas por el Gobierno Nacional, correspondientes a la educación básica primaria, secundaria y superior o de pregrado y postgrado.
