Consejo. El Consejo de la Medalla Militar de Desminado “Soldado Profesional Wilson de Jesús Martínez Jaraba”, estará integrado por: Presidente: Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares o su delegado. Vicepresidente: Jefe de Estado Mayor Conjunto de las Fuerzas Militares o su delegado. Vocal: Comandante del Ejército Nacional o su delegado. Comandante de la Armada Nacional o su delegado. Comandante de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana o su delegado. Secretario: Inspector General de las Fuerzas Militares o su delegado.

Parágrafo

Las funciones y atribuciones de los miembros del Consejo de la Medalla, serán las establecidas en el artículo 2.3.1.3.6.2 del Decreto número 1070 de 2015.
