El Régimen Disciplinario como parte del sistema de administración de personal tiene por objeto asegurar a la sociedad y a la administración pública una eficiente prestación de los servicios a cargo de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, así como la moralidad, la responsabilidad de sus funcionarios públicos y a éstos los derechos y las garantías que les correspondan como tales.
