Disponibilidad del predio solicitado. La Agencia para la Reincorporación y la Normalización (ARN) verificará la disponibilidad del predio solicitado, de acuerdo con el listado remitido por el administrador del Fondo para la Rehabilitación Inversión Social y Lucha Contra el Crimen Organizado (FRISCO) según el artículo 2.5.5.13.1.4 del presente Decreto, para lo cual contará con un término de un (01) mes.
