Promoción de servicios mediante incentivos. Las entidades, dependencias o programas de medicina prepagada deben abstenerse de promover sus servicios mediante incentivos tales como el validar preexistencias o exclusiones que no se encuentren previstas en los contratos proforma establecidos y/o en los planes de servicio que sean sometidos a consideración de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud para su aprobación.
