El arrendamiento de cosas espira de los mismos modos que los otros contratos, i especialmente:

1.° Por la destrucción total de la cosa arrendada.

2.° Por la espiracion del tiempo estipulado para la duracion del arriendo.

3.° Por la estincion del derecho del arrendador, segun las reglas que mas adelante se espresarán.

4.° Por sentencia de juez o de prefecto en los casos que la lei ha previsto.
