Los bienes, derechos, valores y acciones del Gobierno Nacional ó por cualquier otro título pertenecieron á los extinguidos Estados Soberanos, continuarán siendo propiedad de los respectivos Departamentos. Exceptuándose los inmuebles que se especifican en el artículo 202 de la Constitución.
