El municipio o departamento, según sea el caso, comunicará oportunamente al resguardo o resguardos ubicados en su territorio, la información sobre el monto que les corresponde por su participación en los ingresos corrientes de la Nación. El Departamento Nacional de Planeación enviará la misma información a las Oficinas de Planeación Departamental.
