Régimen prestacional. Los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar, quedarán sometidos a los sistemas generales de prestaciones sociales y salud establecidos en la Ley 100 de 1993. En lo relativo a las demás prestaciones sociales, se les aplicará el Decreto-ley 2701 de 1988.
