Del plazo para presentar los candidatos. Las ternas y listas de candidatos a que se refieren los artículos 16, 17, 19 y 20 del presente decreto, deberán ser presentadas al Presidente de la República, treinta días antes de la fecha de vencimiento del período correspondiente al respectivo miembro.
