Instructivos . Sin perjuicio de la competencia y responsabilidad que les corresponden a los Agentes o Liquidadores, el Fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas, Fogacoop, o la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria en el caso de cooperativas no inscritas, podrá expedir instructivos para dichos Agentes en relación con las diferentes etapas del proceso de liquidación, así como directrices contables, financieras, administrativas, de seguros, entre otras.
