Art. 190. El tercer poseedor de se habla hará valer sus derechos, con arreglo a las leyes, dentro de treinta días siguientes al en que el ejecutante haya constituido la fianza; y en el caso de que tenga que promover juicio de tercería a lo virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 204, lo promoverá dentro de los seis días siguientes a la ejecutoria del auto que decide la articulación.

Dicho tercer poseedor no está obligado a dar fianza de costas en el juicio de tercería que promueva.
