Las pensiones o asignaciones de retiro del personal de la Armada residente en el Exterior se pagaran por conducto del respectivo Consulado.

Parágrafo 1

El permiso para salir del país será concedido por el Ministerio de Guerra, hasta por tres (3) años el cual podrá renovarse por periodos iguales.

Parágrafo 2

El pago de las pensiones o asignaciones será suspendido por disposición del Ministerio de Guerra a quienes, gozando de ellas, se ausenten del país sin el correspondiente permiso.
