º En cualquier estado del proceso, el Personero Municipal será desplazado por el agente especial del Ministerio Público que para el efecto designe el Procurador General de la Nación o el funcionario en quien éste delegue dicha atribución. También podrá ser desplazado por el fiscal del juzgado del conocimiento.
