ARTICULO 33 . CAPITAL. Las empresas de transporte de valores, deberán acreditar un capital no menor a dos mil (2.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes a la fecha de constitución de la empresa. Las empresas que se hallen operando con anterioridad a la expedición de este decreto, en un lapso máximo de dos (2) años, deberán incrementar su capital social a la suma establecida en el inciso anterior, teniendo en cuenta el salario mínimo legal mensual vigente. El Gobierno Nacional podrá establecer las cuantías mínimas de patrimonio que deberán mantener y acreditar estas empresas ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.
