Los nombramientos que se efectúen con base en las listas de elegibles se regirán por las disposiciones que regulan esta materia.
Quien sea nombrado y tome posesión del empleo para el cual concursó será retirado de la correspondiente lista de elegibles al igual que aquel que sin justa causa no acepte el nombramiento.
