Article 7

El Consejo Directivo Será Presidido Por El Ministro De Trabajo Y Seguridad Social Y En Su Ausencia Por El Ministro De Hacienda Y Crédito Público Si Estuviere Presente, De Lo Contrario Las Presidirá El Delegado Del Ministro De Trabajo Y Seguridad Social, Parágrafo 1

° El Consejo Directivo será presidido por el Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social y en su ausencia por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público si estuviere presente, de lo contrario las presidirá el delegado del Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social,

Parágrafo 1

El Director Ejecutivo de Prosocial asistirá a las reuniones del Consejo Directivo con derecho a voz pero no a voto,

Parágrafo 2

Actuará como Secretario del Consejo Directivo el Secretario General de Prosocial y en su ausencia el Presidente del Consejo designará un secretario ad hoc.
