º . A los coleccionistas y deportistas debidamente registrados , por índole de su afición o práctica deportiva, se les expedirán permisos de tenencia.

Parágrafo

Para todos los efectos legales, las armas de fabricación anterior al año 1900, no requieren permiso de tenencia ni de porte, sin embargo deberán tener credencial expedida por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.
