El Poder Ejecutivo promoverá la reorganización y el funcionamiento estable y regular de las Cámaras de Comercio de la República, especialmente la de Bogotá. Dicha Cámara acelerará el trabajo sobre tarifas que tiene á su estudio para enviarlo oportunamente al Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, á fin de que éste prepare un proyecto completo sobre la materia para representarlo al Cuerpo Legislativo en la próxima reunión.

1.° En lo sucesivo las Cámaras de Comercio podrán reunirse y funcionar con tres de sus miembros.

2.° Si el cumplimiento de la disposición de este artículo exigiere algún gasto, se considerará éste incluido en el Presupuesto respectivo.
