Pagos conciliaciones judiciales. Los apoderados de los órganos públicos deben garantizar que los pagos de las conciliaciones judiciales, las transacciones y todas las soluciones alternativas de conflictos sean oportunos, con el fin de evitar gastos adicionales para el Tesoro Público.
