Aprópiase para atender los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, durante la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1983, una suma igual a la del cálculo de las Rentas y Recursos de Capital del Tesoro de la Nación, determinado en el artículo anterior por valor de trescientos veintinueve mil ciento ochenta y siete millones ochocientos cuarenta y ocho mil pesos ($ 329.187.848.000) moneda legal distribuida entre las distintas Ramas del Poder Público, así:
