La toma de muestras y el acta correspondiente, se realizarán por triplicado. En esta última se hará constar el nombre del importador, país de origen, país de procedencia, cantidad y clase del producto recogido y cuantos datos se consideren de interés. Una de las muestras y una copia del acta serán entregadas al consignatario o a su agente, por si se presentare desacuerdo con el resultado y hubieren de practicarse los análisis dirimentes.
