Validación de la información, conformación del expediente y certificación de inicio . Recibida la solicitud, la Dirección de Asuntos Étnicos de la ANT validará la información aportada por la comunidad y de ser necesario le requerirá para su complementación y adelantará la apertura del expediente, seguidamente reportará a la Subdirección de Asuntos Étnicos o a la UGT - ANT de dicha actuación para que continúe con el trámite administrativo. La Subdirección de Asuntos Étnicos o la UGT expedirá un oficio donde se certifique la apertura del expediente y el inicio del proceso de medida de protección provisional del territorio ancestral y/o tradicionalmente ocupado. Este oficio se comunicará al representante legal del consejo comunitario y/o a los terceros que se puedan ver afectados con la presente actuación.
