Administración del Fondo producto de la liquidación de FONANOT. Los recursos del Fondo constituido con recursos del liquidado Fondo Nacional de Notariado (FONANOT), serán administrados a través de un encargo fiduciario que constituirá para el efecto la Superintendencia de Notariado de Registro. El Consejo asesor del Fondo creado por el artículo 5 del Decreto 1672 de 1997 actuará como consejo fiduciario del encargo fiduciario y tendrá a su cargo la aprobación del gasto, correspondiendo al Superintendente la ordenación del mismo.
