Art. 2°. Mobilizar una finca raíz es convertirla en un valor mueble, representándola en billetes o cedulas hipotecarias al portador o a favor de persona determinada, con intereses o sin ellos, pagaderos a presentación o a plazos fijos, y emitidos solamente por un valor igual al de la mitad de la misma finca.
