Los presupuestos a que se refiere el artículo anterior requerirán la aprobación del Director General de Prisiones, previo estudio v concepto favorable del Oficial de Control del Departamento de Prisiones y del Jefe de la Sección de Contabilidad, Ordenación y Control del Ministerio de Gobierno, y una vez aprobados serán enviados: uno al Contralor General de la República, otro al Director o Sindico del respectivo establecimiento, y el otro con destino a la Oficina de Control del Departamento de Prisiones.
