Inspección, vigilancia y control. Los requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto son objeto de inspección, vigilancia y control por parte del INVIMA y las entidades territoriales, de acuerdo con sus competencias. Igualmente, deberán adoptar las medidas sanitarias de seguridad, adelantar los procesos sancionatorios y aplicar las sanciones a que haya lugar, en el marco de la normatividad sanitaria vigente
