° Organizase una Comisión Técnica compuesta de un Ingeniero Jefe, con $ 300 mensuales; un Ingeniero Ayudante, con $ 2 80, también mensuales, y un Dibujante, con $ 170, a cuyo cargo estará el estudio y trazado del camino de Honda a Medellín. Dicho trazado se principiará en la ciudad de Honda, y al adoptarse la dirección general de la vía, se tendrá en cuenta que la Ley 70 de 1916 ordena que ella debe pasarse por los Municipios de Victoria, Florencia (Caldas) y Sonsón.
