Las compañías transportadoras nacionales o extranjeras que incumplan las disposiciones del Decreto 2762 de 1991, el presente decreto y las demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen, serán obligadas a transportar de regreso al turista a su último lugar de embarque, deberán pagar multas sucesivas hasta por el valor de quinientos salarios mínimos legales mensuales y se les podrá suspender la licencia de funcionamiento por la entidad competente, a solicitud del Director de la Oficina de Control de Circulación y Residencia.
