Fijar en el presupuesto del presente año la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000.00) para la compra de las casas situadas al costado norte de La Basílica, sitio donde podrá construirse el monumento y para la compra del mismo monumento que lo ha de guardar las cenizas del ilustre Conquistador, y para la decoración de ,la Basílica.
