Artículo segundo . El Banco de la República celebrará un contrato en el cual se estipulen los compromisos que adquiere el Gobierno Nacional por el aporte que el Banco efectúe en el capital del Fondo, la forma como el Gobierno reembolsará al Banco el producto de dicho aporte y el ejercicio de las funciones que se deriven de la adhesión de Colombia al Fondo Andino de Reservas.
