Aplicación de las medidas sanitarias de seguridad . El incumplimiento de lo establecido en el presente decreto, podrá generar la aplicación de las medidas sanitarias de seguridad previstas en las normas legales, por parte de las Entidades Territoriales de Salud en el marco de sus competencias, con base en el tipo de servicio, el hecho que origina el incumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto y su incidencia sobre la salud individual y colectiva de las personas.
