Decreto 2233 de 1996 · Por el cual se establece el régimen de las Zonas Francas Industriales de Bienes y de Servicios

Usuario Industrial de Bienes. Es la persona jurídica nacional o extranjera, legalmente establecida en Colombia, con Número de Identificación Tributaria propio, que realiza sus actividades en forma exclusiva dentro de la respectiva Zona Franca, consistentes en fabricar, producir, transformar o ensamblar bienes para su venta en los mercados externos prioritariamente. La calidad de Usuario Industrial de Servicios se adquiere con el acto de calificación expedido por el Usuario Operador.

Parágrafo

Los Usuarios Industriales de Servicios que se instalen en las Zonas Francas a partir de la vigencia de este decreto, no podrán prestar el servicio de almacenamiento de mercancías a terceros.
