Todo cartel o volante tendrá que estar debidamente firmado por su autor o autores, para poder ser fijado o distribuido.

La contravención a lo dispuesto en este artículo hará incurrir al director del establecimiento tipográfico en que se editen los carteles o volantes, en multas de $ 20.00 a $ 100.00, que impondrá la autoridad de policía con la sola comprobación del hecho.
