Los fondos nacionales que se giren al Tesorero del Departamento para el Hospital Manizales, en virtud de lo dispuesto por este Decreto, se aplicaran de acuerdo con la Junta Directiva de dicho Hospital y no podrán emplearse en fines distintos a su construcción. La obra que con ellos se adelante deberá terminarse antes del 31 de diciembre de 1952.
