Artículo décimo . Los Institutos Técnicos Agrícolas de Villarrica y Timbiquí, a que se refiere la presente Ley, tendrán los cuatro (4) años de Educación Media, y la Especialización Agropecuaria que en la fecha tiene el Instituto Técnico Agrícola de Buga, Departamento del Valle.
