º. Con motivo de cumplirse cuarenta (40) años de funcionamiento del servicio público de televisión en Colombia, a título de mera liberalidad, establécese una bonificación especial a favor de los empleados del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión, Inravisión, en cuantía equivalente a treinta (30) días de asignación básica vigente a 13 de junio de 1994, pagadera por una sola vez, en el mes de diciembre del corriente año.
