Las acciones de promoción y prevención de baja complejidad deberán prestarse a través de la red pública o privada habilitada del municipio de residencia del municipio del afiliado. Los servicios promoción y prevención de mayor complejidad se deberán contratar con la red habilitada de la región. En cualquier caso se procurará que estas atenciones se efectúen cerca de la residencia del afiliado con agilidad y celeridad. CAPITULO VI Flujo Financiero
