Los documentos de que tratan los artículos 9.° y 10 serán publicados en el Diario Oficial, para que los que se crean con derecho preferente á la gratificación, hagan valer sus derechos dentro de los primeros noventa días posteriores al del de la publicación; ó entanblen el juicio contradictorio á que haya lugar, dentro del mismo término.
