La Universidad Nacional de Colombia y las demás universidades, públicas o privadas, impulsarán programas de posgrado o de educación continuada en ciencias de la culturas física y el deporte, con fines de formación avanzada y científica para entrenamiento deportivo y pedagogía en educación física, deportes, medicina deportiva y administración deportiva.
